Show #1 of 2011: Woody Guthrie’s American Song, Cinnabar Theater, January 2.

It wasn’t long ago that I reviewed Woody Guthrie’s American Song at Marin Theatre Company.  Now Heritage Music Theatre is doing the same show at Petaluma’s Cinnabar Theater, and durned if I didn’t review that too in today’s Marin Independent Journal.

You may notice that I’m starting over with the show numbering for the new year.  While it’s sorta-kinda interesting for me to note that this is the 127th show with a writeup either on the blog or linked from it, it’s more interesting for me to keep track of how many shows I’ve seen in any given year.  So here we are back at number one, which is at once the loneliest number and the most full of itself (or at least always looking out for itself).
